Restaurant, pricing, opening-hour, allergen, and dietary information can be incomplete or change. Confirm important information directly with the venue. The app does not provide medical, dietary, or financial advice.
Google Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account activity and for content you submit. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
Do not post harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, scams, spam, or other abusive material in invitations, names or suggestions. Shared text is subject to an automated abuse filter and reports can be reviewed by support. We may remove content that violates these rules. You can report content and block a person from an invitation or group page, or contact support for help.
Subscriptions
Any price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Lunch Pro includes up to 10 AI requests per UTC day, shared between personal and group suggestions. Free accounts can make one personal AI request per UTC day. Failed AI requests are refunded to that allowance where recorded by the service. Availability also depends on provider and service capacity. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
